Service Description

This class is dedicated to improving speed and agility on and off the field. This movement skill program focuses on developing speed, agility and quickness. This combination of speed and agility training is used to improve the athlete's overall quality of movement including acceleration, deceleration, dynamic balance, and change of direction.
