PRIVATE TRAINING

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Maximize your training experience with individualized coaching and programming tailored to your specific goals and needs. 

All personal training clients receive a consultation to discuss health history and a full-body movement screen to best assess their needs.

Our goal is to make your body efficient, reduce inflammation, increase strength, and enhance performance and energy at every level.

We want you to feel empowered to perform at your peak for years to come.

01.

         ASSESS

Our members undergo thorough evaluations where we identify movement asymmetries, limitations and dysfunctions that may lead to deficiencies, injury and pain. After evaluating the movement patterns we move on to assessing the capacity of every joint and develop a program based on our findings.

02.

          TRAIN

Once we complete your interview and assessments. Your coach will develop a customized program to help you reach your goals. This includes personal training, custom programming, and homework to help you progress quickly and safely. 

03.

          EVALUATE

 As you make progress, you will begin to move better, get stronger, and become more conditioned. Your coach will continously evaluate your progress and adjust the program to continue your success so you don't plateau. 

04.

          Success

Once you've reached your fitness and performance goals, your coach will help you find new challenges so you can continue building upon your success and education.

Your personal coach will assess your goals, fitness level, starting point, and limitations to create an individualized plan that will maximize your efforts while keeping you safe and pain free.

INJURY PREVENTION

Our coaches understand how to challenge you without causing any harm to your previous injuries. They will assist in building strength and stability to mitigate future injury.

FASTER AND BETTER RESULTS

Working with a highly skilled coach guarantees you better and faster results than training on your own. This is thanks to the tailored plan that your trainer will develop, the consistency of your training schedule, in real-time form correction, feedback, and guidance from your Coach.

ONGOING GUIDANCE

Working with a coach maximizes your effort making sure you perform exercises with proper form. Performing exercises improperly reduces their impact and benefit, in addition to reduced risk of future injury.

ACCOUNTABILITY

We help you stay accountable and keep you from slipping back into bad habits. Your coach will make sure you show up, take care of business, and hold up your end of the bargain. Because this is a TEAM EFFORT.
