MOBILITY AND REHABILITATION

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

If you've been struggling with previous injuries, pain, or movement limitations, this program will help you regain pain free range of motion so you can feel capable again.

At Physical Culture, we use a variety of training methods to help you discover how you can achieve quality movement and health. Our goal is to empower you through education and high quality training so you can get back to a normal lifestyle, where you don't feel like your best days are behind you.

PC is the ONLY Gym with Fully certified Functional Range Systems providers in the TAMPA BAY area:

- Functional Range Conditioning (FRC)

- Kinstretch

- Internal Strength Model (ISM)

- Functional Release (FR) - (Upper, Lower, Spine)

         ASSESS

Our members undergo thorough evaluations where we identify movement asymmetries, limitations and dysfunctions that may lead to deficiencies, injury and pain. After evaluating the movement patterns we move on to assessing the capacity of every joint and develop a program based on our findings.

          TRAIN

There are 3 main training-goals:  Mobility development, joint strength and body Control.  These bestow the benefits of injury prevention, improved performance (athletic and non-athletic), and lasting joint health.

          EVALUATE

 At PC we view the process of assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and training as a continuum, always improving the tissue quality and resilience of the joints. With our guidance you gain the ability to monitor your own body for dysfunction that may be causing pain, loss of performance, or increased risk of injury.

04.

          PROGRESS

Helping you get pain-free is only the first step. Once you remove the limitations the sky is the limit. 

Once you have completed the rehabilitation phase, progression toward training is the next logical step. Here is where things get fun and you start to discover what your body is truly capable of.

Kinstretch

 

Kinstretch is mobility and flexibility training. It is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control and increases ability to move.

FOR INJURY REHABILITATION

This training option is for anyone looking to start training after injury, trauma, surgery, or movement limitations. 

1.

INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING PLAN

Your personal coach will assess your goals, fitness level, starting point, and limitations to create an individualized plan that will maximize your efforts while keeping you safe and pain free.

3.

INJURY PREVENTION

Our coaches understand how to challenge you without causing any harm to your previous injuries. They will assist in building strength and stability to mitigate future injury.

5.

FASTER AND BETTER RESULTS

Working with a highly skilled coach guarantees you better and faster results than training on your own. This is thanks to the tailored plan that your trainer will develop, the consistency of your training schedule, in real-time form correction, feedback, and guidance from your Coach.

ONGOING GUIDANCE

Working with a coach maximizes your effort making sure you perform exercises with proper form. Performing exercises improperly reduces their impact and benefit, in addition to reduced risk of future injury.

4.

ACCOUNTABILITY

We help you stay accountable and keep you from slipping back into bad habits. Your coach will make sure you show up, take care of business, and hold up your end of the bargain. Because this is a TEAM EFFORT.

CONSISTENCY

Your coach will provide a structured schedule to help you stay consistent. This will help you stay consistent and build good habits that will support your decision to reach your health and fitness goals.
