Our fitness classes are designed to help you move better and feel healthier than ever before.
Each class is modified for your training level. Our program and our community will motivate and encourage you.
At PCG, we design and coach well-rounded programs to ensure health and longevity for our adult clients and athletes alike. Our programs are led from start to finish by coaches who will show how to correctly execute your training session. We’re looking forward to helping you on your journey!

MOBILITY AND FLEXIBILITY
The session begins with mobility work and movement quality with an emphasis on active stretching and muscle activation.

DYNAMIC WARM UP
Every warm up is structured to optimize movement quality and prepare the muscles & joints involved in the Lifts you will train during that session.

EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH & POWER
Increase CNS (central nervous system) activation by performing explosive movements that prepare your body to move heavy loads faster (under control). This is achieved through the use of Med balls, Kettlebells, Olympic Lifts, Sprinting, or Jumping.

STRENGTH
We are the ONLY program in Tampa Bay that uses the Internal Strength Model (ISM).
ISM programs develop high levels of joint strength, muscular strength/size, and Force production.
All done with a high priority on Movement Quality & Safety.
05.
CONDITIONING
Complete your training by working on energy systems development (ESD). This aspect of your training will help promote better endurance and aid in fat loss.

Kettlebell Strength
This class offers a blend of mobility, movement, and Strength.
Learn to develop the skill of strength using not only kettlebells, but barbells and body weight.

Kinstretch
Kinstretch is mobility and flexibility training. It is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control and increases ability to move.
