THE 

ASSESSMENT

Our program starts with a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and a Functional Range Assessment (FRA).

A full articular screen and appraisal of the athletes movement enables us to apply optimal strategies  for improving performance.

The S&C Program is customized based on our preliminary assessments. (Articular Assessment, Movement Screen and Performance Testing.)
