Sports Performance Training

Over the past 15 years I've worked with athletes in virtually every sport, at every level.

So, I've learned a few things I'd like to share with you.

Athletes need to move well, be strong, explosive, and resilient.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or a youth athlete, quality training is an essential key to your future success.

Programs that prioritize developing "Big muscles" or only lifting insane amounts of weight are not suitable for field, court, or combat athletes.

Traditional training methods such as powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, and bodybuilding are suitable for other types of athletes (weightlifters and bodybuilders).

If you're an athlete competing in team or combat sports, heres what you should know.

A well rounded training program should deliver two benefits. 1. Improve overall athleticism 2. Mitigate injury

A few key areas to focus on include the following: -Mobility -Movement skill -Strength -Power -Speed -Agility -Endurance -Recovery

There are many effective tools and methods for developing each of the qualities listed above.

Virtually everything works, at least for a little while.

If you have been consistent and putting in the effort, but haven't achieved the results your working for, the problem may be that your training program isn't addressing your specific needs.
