Physical Culture Gym is Tampa Bay’s first and only Kinstretch training facility.
We are also home to five FRCms (Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialists) and two Kinstretch instructors.
Is Kinstretch like yoga? No, yoga primarily focuses on flexibility.
FLEXIBILITY: The ability to PASSIVELY achieve a range of motion or “USELESS RANGE” Range of motion (ROM) for which a person has no control.
MOBILITY: The ability to ACTIVELY achieve a range of motion (Flexibility + Strength/Control)
