Non-members $30 dollars

Physical Culture Members: Free, please bring 3 bags of ice.

What to bring:

* BYOBI - Bring Your Own Bag of Ice.

Each participant will need to bring three 5 lbs. bags of ice.

* Workout clothes

* Swimming attire

* Towel

* Sandals
